"Over the last several decades, there has been a need for multi-talented performers that have the ability to execute not only classical ballet but also jazz, modern and other dance styles with technical amplitude and entertaining flair. Thus, it takes many years to develop a capable performer, who has to be part athlete and part artist. In recognition of this fact, I offer a training curriculum for the twenty-first century that will produce a multi-talented, athletic, and artistic dancer who embodies the grace of a ballerina and the energy of a Broadway star. Qualities such as discipline, determination, persistence, self-confidence, leadership, and loyalty are ingrained over the long term."
