Course Descriptions

Pilates Fusion®

This is an hour fusion of pilates style mat work integrated with free weights and elasta bands.  The class finishes with 15 minutes of light cardio.

Cardio Kickboxing

This is a forty-five minute cardio workout based on traditional western boxing and mixed martial arts styles.

Detox Fitness Program (8-weeks)

This is an 8-week transformation program with a defined goal for each individual participant.  Includes 40 workouts, weekly menus, suggested menus, BMI calculations, daily emails for motivation.  Reduce your weight, reduce the appearance of cellulite, improve your circulation, and increase your muscle tone.  This is not an easy program but it does give great results!

Jump Start! Program (10-weeks)

This program is a ten week Jump Start for those who are just beginning a fitness journey or need a motivating boost to get started.  It includes thirty workouts, sample menus for 10-weeks.
