This traditional Okinawan farming tool ended up in the dojo as one of the martial artist's most-used weapons. Nunchaku enable you to give it your all, while discovering a whole new world of fighting strategy and technique.  Padded nunchaku have 13 inches of overall striking area with four inches of center connection, enabling you to workout at high speed while minimizing pain and reducing the possibility of injury compared to practicing with traditional nunchaku.
